units.json
Units that grow
One storage unit or lab, up to five sizes. Every size is exported as models of its own, with garage doors that open and the JSON your housing script reads.
One click, one folder
Here’s an actual export from a storage facility I built for my FiveM server. Studio handles the models, collision, placement, audio and resource files. Just add it to your server and ensure it.

client.lua
Mark a floor, a ceiling or a single wall as changeable. In game, your script swaps it while people stand in the room: no reload, no restart.
Under the hood
.ytypRooms and portals come from what you draw. Every door, window and archway between two rooms becomes a portal by itself.
.ybnA BVH collision mesh with a GTA material on every surface, so footsteps and bullet hits match the floor they land on.
.ymt + dat151Which room hears which, through which doorway. Written with every export, not left for later.
.ydrAny of the game’s 575 door models, or a door Studio builds for you. Garage doors on storage units included.
.ydrCeiling lights with shadows, stairs between floors, and steps by themselves where two rooms sit at different heights.
Before export, Studio stops any prop your server’s game build doesn’t have, so nothing turns up invisible.
