This website

mnimize.com sets no cookies for visitors and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time and browser) for a short time to keep the site running and secure.

To see how many people visit, the site counts page views per day and the site that linked to us, if any. To count each visitor once a day, it makes a code from your IP address and browser with a secret that changes every day and is thrown away the next day, so visits can’t be linked across days or back to you. Your IP address isn’t stored for this.

The waitlist

If you ask to hear when MNIMIZE Studio opens, we store your email address, when you signed up and which page you used. We use it only to tell you when Studio opens, and we don’t share it. Ask us and we’ll delete it; we also delete the list once launch emails have gone out and it’s no longer needed.

Buying a licence

When you buy, the payment provider handles your payment details; we never see your card number. We receive what we need to give you access and support you: your name, email address and what you bought.

The Studio app

Studio works on your own PC. Your projects, the game files it reads and your exports stay there; Studio doesn’t upload them anywhere. When it starts, it asks GitHub whether a newer version exists, and downloads it from GitHub if so. That request carries your IP address and Studio’s version number, and GitHub handles it under its own privacy statement.

Your rights

You can ask what we have stored about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Contact us and we’ll answer within 30 days.
